Abstract:
In March 2020, the flood prevention work of dike has entered a critical period. In order to prevent COVID-19 from having a significant impact on dike pre-flood management, random telephone checks were carried out. Through this work, the management situation of key epidemic areas, ice storm, snowmelt flood, water damage construction and dike crossing construction during the epidemic prevention and control period were mastered. The investigation found that affected by the epidemic, in some areas, roads are blocked, residents gatherings affect epidemic prevention, workers are stranded outside and cannot return to work, and construction sites destroyed by water and cannot be repaired. This investigation analyzed the causes and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, which effectively promoted the work and reduced the adverse impact of epidemic situation on flood prevention work.
