    基于InfoWorks ICM模型的内涝风险评估及综合整治方案构建

    Waterlogging risk assessment and comprehensive renovation scheme construction based on InfoWorks ICM model

    • 摘要: 通过基于城市综合流域排水模型(InfoWorks Integrated Catchment Management,InfoWorks ICM),建立了深圳市龙华区某试点区一维、二维耦合水动力学模型。利用2018年5月3日、2018年6月8日两场实测降雨,通过与试点区内检查井水位监测数据的对比,进行模型参数的率定及验证。以50年一遇、2 h设计降雨情况下的试点区现状内涝模拟结果进行分析,总结内涝出现的原因主要为干管排水能力不足、试点区不透水面面积过大和管网末端截污干管水位顶托,从而提出源头“海绵”改造、管网优化改造、末端检查井截流改造相结合的内涝综合整治方案,构建试点区内涝综合控制模型。模拟结果表明,试点区内涝综合整治方案能够有效改善内涝情况,消除内涝风险。

       

      Abstract: Based on InfoWorks ICM model, the 1-D and 2-D coupling hydrodynamic model of the experimental area in Longhua District, Shenzhen was established. According to the actual rainfall measured in Longhua District on May 3rd, 2018 and June 8th, 2018, the model parameters were calibrated and validated by comparing water level modeling results with water level monitoring data of several manholes in experimental area. According to the modelling results of experimental area under 2 h rainfall in 50 years frequency, the main reasons of waterlogging was summarized as insufficient drainage capacity of main pipe, too much impervious surface and water level jacking of downstream sewage intercepting pipe. A comprehensive renovation scheme for preventing waterlogging was proposed. The scheme included spongy city reformation, drainage pipe optimization and downstream manhole intercepting reconstruction. By constructing the model of waterlogging comprehensive renovation in experimental area, the results show that the regional waterlogging prevention is effectively improved and waterlogging risk is eliminated.
