    辽宁省棋盘山水库不同泄量下蒲河闸坝联合调度方案探析

    Analysis on joint operation scheme of sluice and dam under different discharge flow for Qipanshan Reservoir

    • 摘要: 根据棋盘山水库的不同下泄流量确定下游各拦河建筑物的运用,充分发挥蒲河流域梯级闸坝群中拦河闸、节制闸等调蓄能力优势,提出了科学合理的闸坝联合调度方案,可优化区域水资源配置,提高河道生态用水保障程度,实现闸坝效益最大化,并对联合调度进行了初步分析。

       

      Abstract: According to the different discharge flows for Qipanshan Reservoir, the operation scheme of the downstream damming buildings is determined, and the principle and scheme of joint operation of sluice and dam is put forward which can give full play to the advantages of regulation and storage capacity in the cascade sluice and dam groups in the Puhe River basin such as the sluice and control sluice, and a scientific and reasonable joint operation scheme of sluice and dam is put forward which can optimize the regional water resources allocation, improve the ecological water guarantee degree of river channels and maximize the benefit of sluices and dams. And the joint operation is analyzed preliminarily.
