    安徽省淮水北调工程水量应急调度预案分析

    Study on water supply emergency plan of Anhui Huaihe Water Transfer North Project

    • 摘要: 安徽省淮水北调工程是有效缓解皖北宿州、淮北两市水资源短缺现状,保障区域供水安全的调水工程,如遇特殊干旱年份发生严重枯水时,淮水北调水源区与受水区水资源供需矛盾将较为突出,因此有必要制定并实施淮水北调工程水量应急调度预案。通过对淮水北调工程水源区在干旱年份可利用水量及供需情况进行分析,并依托现有工程条件,提出了调度原则、预案启动条件、启动程序及节点工程控制条件、调水规模等预案框架和内容,为预案的编制提供依据。

       

      Abstract: The Huaihe Water Transfer North Project in Anhui Province can effectively alleviate the current situation of water resources shortage in Suzhou and Huaibei cities in Northern Anhui Province and can ensure the safety of regional water supply. In case of serious drought disaster in special drought years, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in the source area and receiving area of Huaihe Water Transfer North Project will be more prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate and implement the water emergency dispatching plan of Huaihe Water Transfer North Project. Based on the analysis of the available water quantity and the supply and demand in the water source area of the Huaihe River Water Transfer North Project in drought years, and relying on the existing engineering conditions, the framework and contents of the emergency plan, such as the dispatching principle, the starting conditions of the plan, the operation procedure, the control conditions of node projects, and the water transfer scale, are put forward. Thus can provide the basis for the preparation of the plan.
