Abstract: The national flood control and drought relief command system project is a strategic water infrastructure related to the sustainable development of national economy and the safety of people's lives and property. As a leading project of Jinshui Project, it has played an important role in flood prevention and disaster reduction in recent years. The design principles, ideas and overall framework of the comprehensive information service system of the second phase of the national flood control and drought relief command system are introduced in detail, and the construction content and application effect of the system are described, which can provide reference for the business and technical personnel of flood control and drought relief.
