Abstract:
Based on the basic geographic information data of Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province, the socio-economic data from 2017 to 2020 and the daily precipitation meteorological data from 2001 to 2020, using the methods of analytic hierarchy process, weighted comprehensive evaluation method and ArcGIS (geographic information system software) technology, the indexes are selected from four aspects: the sensitivity of disaster trigger environment, the risk of disaster causing factors, the vulnerability of bearing body and the resilience ability of disaster, Evaluate the risk level of rainstorm and flood disaster in Yangzhou and classify the risk areas. The assessment results show that the high-risk areas are mainly distributed in the north of Yangzhou, such as Baoying county with abundant rainfall. Low risk areas are mainly distributed in the southeast. This provides reference information for Yangzhou to prevent rainstorm and flood disasters and do a good job in risk management.
