    2021-2022年枯水期东江流域水量调度实践

    Practice of water volume regulation in dry season from 2021 to 2022 in Dongjiang River Basin

    • 摘要: 东江流域水量调度事关流域内及流域外深圳、 香港等地的供水安全和生态安全。 2021-2022年枯水期东江流域水量调度面临流域来水极枯、 骨干水库蓄水严重不足等问题, 通过科学编制调度计划、 结合雨水情和咸情来实施骨干工程精细调度、 强化监督管理等手段, 有效保障了流域供水安全和生态安全, 同时, 流域取用水总量亦满足年度分配指标要求。 总结2021-2022年枯水期东江流域水量调度工作, 可为枯水期水量调度提供经验参考。

       

      Abstract: The water regulation of Dongjiang River Basin is related to the water supply security and ecological security of Shenzhen, Hong Kong and other places within and outside the basin. The water regulation of the Dongjiang River Basin during the dry season from 2021 to 2022 is faced with problems such as extremely dry incoming water from the basin, serious shortage of water storage in the key reservoirs. Through scientific preparation of regulating plan, implement fine regulation of key reservoirs in combination with rainfall and salinity condition, and strengthening of supervision and management, water supply and ecological security of the basin can be effectively guaranteed. At the same time, the total water consumption of the basin also meets the requirements of annual allocation indicators. In sum, the water regulation of Dongjiang River Basin in dry season from 2021 to 2022 can provide experience reference for water regulation in dry season.
