    2021年韩江流域抗旱水量调度实践

    Practice of drought-fighting water regulation of Hanjiang River Basin in 2021

    • 摘要: 以2021年韩江流域实施水量统一、精细调度,成功抵御近60年来最严重旱情的实践为例,分析了韩江流域水量调度的下泄水量、下泄流量控制指标,骨干水量调度工程体系,以及“调度方案、调度计划、监测预警、动态调度、总结评估”水量调度管理模式,总结了2021年韩江流域水量调度形势、采取的抗旱水量调度措施,以及成功抵御旱情、确保供水安全和生态安全的调度成效,并分析存在问题、提出对策建议。韩江流域抗旱水量调度实践对我国其他江河流域开展抗旱水量调度工作具有借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: Taking the practice of implementing unified and refined water regulation in the Hanjiang River Basin in 2021, which successfully withstood the most severe drought in the past 60 years, as an example, this paper analyzes the control indicators of discharge volume and discharge flow, the backbone water regulation engineering systems, and the water regulation management mode of "regulation scheme, regulation planning, monitoring and early-warning, dynamic regulation, summary and evaluation" for water regulation in the Hanjiang River Basin. Summarizes the water regulation situation in the Hanjiang River Basin in 2021, the drought-fighting water regulation measures taken, as well as the regulation effectiveness of successfully resisting drought and ensuring water supply and ecological security. Analyzed the existing problems and proposed countermeasures and suggestions.The practice of drought-fighting water regulation in Hanjiang River Basin has reference significance for drought-fighting water regulation in other river basins in China.
