    宁波市周皎梯级水库预泄能力提升防洪减灾效益分析

    • 摘要: 宁波市周皎梯级水库预泄能力提升工程有效提高了水库预泄能力,在2212号台风“梅花”防御过程中,水库经过优化预泄调度,快速对水库水位进行动态调整,成功防御了超标准洪水(降雨),预泄能力提升工程发挥了重要作用。通过计算推演台风“梅花”期间周公宅水库和皎口水库预泄调度,分析周皎梯级水库预泄能力提升工程的防洪减灾作用及取得的效益,以期为流域梯级水库预泄调度提供技术支撑,也为类似梯级水库(群)预泄能力等功能提升和预泄调度提供借鉴和参考。

       

      Abstract: The pre-release capacity improvement project of Zhougongzhai-Jiaokou Cascade Reservoirs in Ningbo City improved the pre-release capacity of the two reservoirs effectively. During the defense process of 2212 typhoon "Meihua", the reservoir was optimized for pre-release scheduling, and the reservoir water level was dynamically adjusted quickly, which successfully prevented the over-standard flood (rainfall), and the pre-release capacity improvement project played an important role. By calculating and deducing the pre-release scheduling of Zhougongzhai Reservoir and Jiaokou Reservoir during Typhoon "Meihua", the flood control and disaster reduction effect of Zhougongzhai-Jiaokou Cascade Reservoir pre-discharge capacity improvement project and the benefits obtained were analyzed, which provided technical support for the pre-release scheduling of river basin cascade reservoir, and also provided reference for the function improvement and pre-release scheduling of similar cascade reservoirs (groups).
