    洪水动态风险分析技术对防汛应急工作的支撑——以海河“23·7”流域性特大洪水期间兰沟洼蓄滞洪区运用为例

    The support of dynamic flood risk analysis technology for flood emergency work—Taking the application of Langouwa Storage and Detention Area during the “23·7” extreme flood in the Haihe River Basin as an example

    • 摘要: 2023年7—8月,海河流域发生了“23·7”流域性特大洪水,包括大清河在内的多个水系的多条河流发生超警戒、超保证洪水。海河流域先后启用8个蓄滞洪区分洪。以大清河水系兰沟洼蓄滞洪区为例,介绍了蓄滞洪区启用前、启用后和退水过程中的洪水分析模拟成果,检验了洪水动态风险分析对防汛应急决策的技术支撑作用,总结了整个应急过程中的技术支撑经验,对未来洪水动态风险分析技术的发展、应用模式和成果需求等做了初步探索。
