    淮河干流蚌埠至浮山段河道整治效果及浮山以下河道整治必要性

    • 摘要: 为了评估淮河干流蚌埠至浮山段河道治理工程效益,及其在2020年洪水防御中的作用,采用2003年、2007年和2020年等实测洪水资料,对比分析了典型年洪水特征水位和流量,构建了该段河道一维水动力数值模型,模拟了恒定流和典型年两种工况,对工程水位效果进行了评估。结果表明,工程显著降低了河道水位,减少了高水位历时,有效缓解了2020年防洪压力。2020年洪水也暴露出入湖河段泄流能力不足等问题,而入湖河段围垦、湖口淤积和河道糙率变大等也进一步降低了河段泄流能力。开展浮山以下河道治理是必要的,尤其是治理冯铁营引河,可以有效增加河道泄流能力。

       

      Abstract: In order to evaluate the benefits of the river training project from Bengbu city to Fushan village of Wuhe county in the main stream of the Huai River and its flood prevention in 2020. Based on measured flood data from 2003, 2007, and 2020, the characteristic water levels and discharges in different typical years were compared and analyzed. A one-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model was constructed for this section of Huai river, simulating two operating conditions: constant flow and typical years, and evaluating the engineering benefits. The results show that the project significantly reduces the water level in the river channel, reduces the duration of high water level, and effectively alleviates the flood pressure in 2020. The 2020 floods exposed the problem of insufficient discharge capacity in the Hongze lake and river sections. Moreover, the reclamation of the river section entering the Hongze lake, sedimentation at the lake mouth, and increased roughness have further reduced the discharge capacity of the river section. It is necessary to carry out river management below Fushan village, especially the Fengtieying River Diversion, which can significantly increase the discharge capacity of the river and reduce flood pressure.
