Abstract:
On August 12th, 2021, there was a rare extraordinary rainstorm in Liulin Town, Suixian County, Hubei Province. The whole town had a serious flood disaster, leading to significant casualties and property losses. To effectively prevent such an incident from happening again and guide the emergency rescue work, in this replay, with the support of aerial survey data of UAV and land use data, by using the distributed direct rainfall method, a storm flood model was built. The submergence depth, flow and flow rate of flood, and others in the affected area were simulated and analyzed. The research results were generally consistent with the actual conditions and could provide a basis and reference for emergency rescue of mountain torrent disasters.
