    国道335线乌不浪口至乌根高勒段桥梁建设防洪影响分析

    Study on the flood impact assessment of bridges construction from Wubulangkou to Wugengaole Section of No. 335 National Highway

    • 摘要: 古龙沟大桥、韩乌拉沟大桥、前达门沟大桥、千里庙沟大桥、呼勒斯太沟大桥、乌兰布隆沟大桥及道路的建设,完善了内蒙古自治区干线公路网,对于促进整个巴彦淖尔市路网的合理运行意义重大。对大桥附近的水文特性、冲刷计算、壅水计算等情况进行了综合分析,6座桥梁符合当地规划要求,设计满足当地水利规划的总体要求和整治目标,不会对后期水利规划的实施造成影响。桥梁设计洪水标准为100年一遇,相应桥所在河段规划防洪标准为10年一遇,满足现有防洪标准。桥梁工程的建设壅高和影响长度较小,影响范围和程度较低,其修建基本不影响河道行洪安全。

       

      Abstract: The construction of Gulonggou Bridge, Hanwulagou Bridge, Qiandamen Bridge, Qianli Temple Bridge, Hulestai Bridge, Ulanbulun Bridge and roads have improved the trunk road network of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and promoted the development of roads in the entire Bayan Nur City. This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the hydrological characteristics, scour calculations and backflow calculations near the six bridges. The six bridges met the local planning requirements, and the design met the overall requirements and remediation goals of the local water plan, and will not cause any important impact on the implementation of the later water plan. The designed flood standard for the bridges is once in 100 years, and the planned flood standard for the river section where the corresponding bridgse is located is once in 10 years, which meets the existing flood standards. The construction height and affected length of the bridges project are small, the scope and extent of the impact are low, and the construction basically does not affect the safety of river floods.
