    南京市秦淮河向石臼湖地区抗旱应急补水实践与探讨

    Practice and discussion on emergency water supply for drought relief from the Qinhuai River to Shijiu Lake Area in Nanjing City

    • 摘要: 2022年南京市发生严重干旱,石臼湖地区因旱缺水严重。为有效缓解旱情影响,南京市开展了秦淮河向石臼湖地区抗旱应急补水工作,累计向石臼湖地区补水5 567.1万m3,成效显著。通过分析南京市秦淮河向石臼湖地区抗旱应急补水的可行性和具体实施过程,以及在水源、水质保障等方面存在的主要问题,提出了加快构建现代化水网、提升补水水源保障能力、强化湖泊水质达标保障等建议,以期为南京市今后的抗旱应急补水工作提供对策参考。

       

      Abstract: In 2022, Nanjing City experienced a severe drought, and the Shijiu Lake area suffered from severe water shortage. In order to effectively alleviate the impact of drought, Nanjing has carried out emergency water replenishment in the Shijiu Lake area from the Qinhuai River, with a total of 55.671 million m3 of water replenished. This article analyzes the feasibility and specific implementation process of emergency water replenishment for drought resistance, and analyzes the main problems in terms of water source and water quality assurance. Suggestions and measures are proposed to accelerate the construction of modern water networks, enhance the guarantee ability of water replenishment sources, and strengthen the guarantee of lake water quality standards. It can provide reference for future emergency water replenishment for drought resistance in Nanjing.
