    基于数字孪生的洪涝灾害预警平台设计研究

    • 摘要: 随着全球气候变化的日益严峻及人类活动影响的不断加剧,洪涝灾害已成为我国面临的重要自然灾害之一。为提高洪涝灾害预警的准确性和效率,提出了一种基于数字孪生的洪涝灾害预警平台。该平台采用数字孪生技术,利用大数据、人工智能等技术手段,对洪水数据进行分析,模拟和预测洪涝灾害的发展过程,提供更加准确、可靠的预警信息,同时,平台还可挖掘洪涝灾害发生的规律和特点,为政府部门制定防洪减灾策略提供科学依据。该研究为我国洪涝灾害预警平台设计提供了新的思路和技术支持,有助于提高洪涝灾害防范和应对能力,保障人民群众生命财产安全。

       

      Abstract: With the impact of global climate change and human activities, flood disasters has become one of the important natural disasters facing China. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of flood disaster early warning, this paper proposes a flood disaster early warning platform based on digital twin. The platform adopts advanced digital twin technology, uses technical means such as big data and artificial intelligence to analyze flood data, simulate and predict the development process of flood disasters, and provide more accurate and reliable early warning information. At the same time, the platform can also explore the laws and characteristics of flood disasters, and provides a scientific basis for the government to formulate flood prevention and mitigation strategies. This study provides new ideas and technical support for the construction and design of flood disaster warning platform, which is helpful to improve the flood prevention and response ability, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
