    Research on dynamic construction method of digital generalization map for basinal flood management

    • 摘要: 概化图可直观展示流域水系、工程设施拓扑关系,在洪水预报、工程调度、工程规划等工作中不可或缺。传统的概化图需业务人员手工绘制,低效、易错、更新慢,因此,提出一种数字概化图动态构建方法,在基于多源数据提取水体等防洪要素的基础上,自动构建拓扑关系和汇流关系,利用水系图谱等技术生成多层级水系数字概化图,实现自动生成、动态更新,提高水系图谱制作效率和准确性,形成可视化的数字概化图表达,为科学防洪、精准防洪提供有力工具。

       

      Abstract: Conceptual diagrams play a pivotal role in basin flood control efforts, offering visual representations of basin water systems and the topological relationships of engineering facilities. They are indispensable in flood forecasting, engineering operation, and planning. However, traditional manual conceptual diagram methods are inefficient, error-prone, and slow to update. This paper proposes a dynamic approach to constructing digital conceptual diagram, which is based on the extraction of river water system and other flood control elements from multi-source data. The dynamic approach automatically constructs topological and confluence relationships, and generates multi-layer vector digital conceptual diagrams using spatial generalization techniques. This automated process enhances efficiency and accuracy in digital conceptual diagrams, create a visual digital abstraction diagram representation, enabling dynamic updates. Ultimately, this approach furnishes effective tools for scientific and precise flood control measures.
