    流量监测“软在线”平台的实现与应用

    Implementation and application of "Soft Online" platform for flow monitoring

    • 摘要: 安徽省水信息系统流量“软在线”平台已实现水文站、水位站实时流量在线监测功能。在流量实时在线监测的基础上,以黄山市水文测站为例,采用信息化手段进一步实现了在线整编和自动报汛,同时通过基面考证、工程调查对站点历史水位进行回溯,反推历史洪水场次流量资料,实现洪水预报方案参数率定,以期为提升洪水预报精度提供重要支撑。

       

      Abstract: The "Soft Online" platform of Anhui Province Water Information System has achieved real-time flow online monitoring function for hydrological stations and water level stations.Take the hydrologic stations in Huangshan area as an example, by adopting the information technology realized online processing and flood reporting on the basis of real-time online discharge.At the same time reckoning formerly flood discharge by the datum researching and engineering survey to look back the historical flood flow data to achieve parameter calibration of flood forecasting schemes, in order to provide important support for improving the accuracy of flood forecasting.
