Abstract: According to the requirements of modern reservoir operation and management matrix in the new era, Guanting reservoir in Beijing city has a basis in the aspects of four comprehensive(full coverage, all elements, all-weather, and full cycle), four systems(institution system, operation mechanism, legal system, and responsibility system) and four managements(risk elimination, physical examination, maintenance, and safety management), but its informatization level in FEDE(forecasting, early warning, drilling, and emergancy plan) is relatively weak. Aiming at Guanting reservoir, this paper analyzes its connection and reusable resources with Beijing smart water 1.0, digital twin Yongding River Basin and digital twin Miyun reservoir. The informatization construction of Guanting Reservoir in the FEDE is discussed from two aspects of water sectoral model and business application, in order to provide reference for the informatization construction of Guanting reservoir.
