    上海市分区警戒水位计算方法研究与典型区域应用成效评估

    Research on the calculation method of warning water level and evaluation of its application effectiveness in typical areas in Shanghai City

    • 摘要: 警戒水位设定是正确预判水情险情,充分发挥工程体系综合效益的重要内容。上海市面临风暴潮洪多重洪涝灾害风险,不同区域灾害特征和致灾成因各有不同,分区域针对不同水情特征研究建立了综合水文频率与水动力学数学模型计算的警戒水位计算方法,以位于长江三角洲地区生态绿色一体化示范区的太湖流域浦西区青松水利控制片(青松片)为例提出了警戒水位值。研究确定青浦南门站为上海青浦区防汛代表站、陈坊桥站为上海松江区防汛代表站,核定警戒水位为3.20 m,对超警戒天数和典型超警戒事件进行分析,经评估认为按照青松片现状防御能力,年均超警戒天数2.9 d是合理的。研究方法可为平原感潮河网二级排涝地区警戒水位核定提供参考。
