Preliminary studies on dynamic management of the list of hazard areas for flash flood disasters in Hunan Province

The dynamic management and graded control of flash flood hazard zones have always been the focus and difficulty of flood and drought disaster prevention. This article conducts research on the identification, delineation, dynamic adjustment, and control of flash flood hazard zones in Hunan Province through scientifically preset classification levels, warning thresholds, and adjustment conditions and other indicators. This can provide reference for adopting differentiated defense measures and management in hazard zones with different risk levels, and also provide reference ideas for the development of flash flood disaster prevention plans in Hunan Province and even the whole country.
