Abstract
To solve the problems of extensive management methods, single safety utilization methods, scattered information resource management, and difficult full coverage of early warning in the current management and application of flood storage and detention basins, it is proposed to build a digital "One Map" of flood storage and detention basins. Using satellite remote sensing, roller shutter display, LBS targeted early warning, flood risk deduction and other technologies, based on the overall architecture of digital twin water conservancy, five typical application scenarios are created: basic information query, illegal construction inspection management, safety utilization analysis, communication early warning command, and compensation management of flood storage and detention basins. A business backend is also constructed to improve the operational supervision ability of flood storage and detention basins throughout the province. After the completion and put into use of the digital "One Map" of flood storage and detention basins, it has played an important role in supporting the daily management and safe use of flood storage and detention basins in Anhui Province. The research results can provide feasible approaches and experience references for flood storage and detention basins management, digital twin basin flood control construction, application, and full life cycle management.
